Wayne D. Austin, Sr. President and owner of VWI, Inc, an Enterprise Service Integration and IT Cost & Governance Consulting Firm. With over 25 years of Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Government experience as a Senior Engineer and Chief Scientist, Wayne has vast experience as a DoD Enterprise Integrator and Enterprise Architect responsible for developing architectural artifacts using the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEA) integrated with PPBE & Capital Planning & Investment Control process.
